About Me

It's all too easy to get caught up in the comfort and complexities of everyday life. Climbing provides an opportunity to reflect and appreciate the important things in life: family, friends, those in need, as well as simply making it to the top. I've lived on the North Shore for almost all of my life and have been an avid hiker for the majority of it. Everest represents a personal challenge for me as this is my first climb over 14,000'. While the trek, the team and the experience are a huge adventure that I'm greatly looking forward to, the support that Summits of Hope provides the children and families at the Children's Hospital is huge. I'm honoured to be involved with this organization and the team.
